Unhelpful store assistants

<p>On Friday 7 April I went to Vaal Mall to buy make up, I bought my make up from another shop and for the lipsticks I decided to go buy at Clicks as I had remembered that NYX has just been introduced to the Vall Mall Clicks and wanted to try it. When I got to Clicks I went straight to the NYX make up section and there was an older lady standing there, she is a Clicks employee. I was with my sister and she went to the essence make up section. I was looking for a pink lipstick and decided to try out the different shades to see which one better suited me. As I opened the first tester lipstick the lady asked me if I was aware of the infections that are transmitted through tester lipsticks, I said I was and went on to put the liptsick anyways, I didn't like the shade decided to try another one,also didn't like it and went on to test the 3rd one. As I was reaching for the 3rd one she asked what is it that I am looking for so that she could help me. I told her I am looking for a shade that suited me best. I could sense that she didn't like me testing the lipsticks. And I was surprised that she was working in the makeup section as she didn't really look like someone who would work in the make up section. So I went over to my sister as I was annoyed by the older lady already. My sister was busy buying her make up and I told her that I couldn't find the shade I liked. She showed me the lipsticks from essence and said I should try them maybe I'll find something suitable. As I took the ge lipstick the older lady was by our side again and told us that we are NOT allowed to test the lipsticks on our lips. I was so annoyed I put the lipstick back and went outside to wait for my sister as she paid for her makeup. I could've asked her why not but I know myself it wasn't gonna come out nicely and it would've looked like I was being disrespectful to my elder. This is so unfortunate because the exact same thing happened to my aunt 10 years ago at the very same Clicks store, I was young but I still remember it because my aunt didn't keep quite like me, she called the manager and even insisted on calling the head office. I really love Clicks as I buy all my toiletries and daily essentials there and all my 5 months old baby's stuff I buy from Clicks as well as her vaccinations. However if this is their policy and how they treat their customers I can always take my business somewhere else. </p>
