Unhelpful Staff

I was at Click Mall of Africa yesterday at around 15.30, and I was pick-pocketed. I went to the security and asked them for camera footage, and the security says they do not have footage, I must just stand and wait till I see someone that may have ****** my phone. Absolutely unhelpful!
