Unhelpful service at clicks

Clicks store in Mayville shopping centre. Yesterday afternoon at around 12pm/12:10pm I had my phone ****** out my bag in clicks . The sales people were moderately helpful, they could not understand that I was waiting in the queue when I realised my phone was missing. I then went out the store, to get my mother so she could phone my cellphone. The sales consultants then told us there weren't ANY cameras in the store and therefore there was nothing else they could for me. I have phoned customer services, and have said that the complainants commissioner will contact me within 2/3 working days.
