Unhelpful previous employer

I was previously employed by clicks and left the business in 2021, I have been facing issues with submitting my tax returns for the 2*** tax season which has caused me to incur penalties. I reached out to the company more than once no one has bothered to get back to me.

This has been a frustrating process as SARS advised me only clicks would be able to resolve the matter as they declared a lumpsum on my behalf which makes no sense.

What a painful experience.
