I just went to the Clicks up on Smith Street (Anton Lembede St), I went to purchase pantyliners (sanitary) and a toothbrush. Got onto the toothbrush isle and there was no stock of the toothbrush that i wanted. i then went to the sanitary isle, checked for the pantyliners, there was only two boxes on shelf, pathetic looking boxes, it was crumpled and almost wet looking, very disgusting, but since it was convenient to purchase, i decided to take it. I went to the till to ask management for assistance, cant recall the guys name but i assume he was the manager as his badge said management. firstly, he did not attend to my query immediately, he assisted another query at the till then came back to me, further, he was then flirting with another customer instead of listening to what my request was. I asked him for a particular toothbrush that wasnt on shelf, he tries to convince me to purchase a different brush, he alleged that i am being \selfish\" for not buying the family pack and also said that i am being fussy, I asked him to check the stock room he said \"i dont think we have stock but i will check\" at this point i was furious and walked out the store as i am unhappy with the service."
