Unhelpful and rude staff

On Saturday 18 May 2019 I went to Clicks pharmacy at Westwood Mall to get medicine. Staff there are so uninterested to customers who come in as I came in and three staff members were having a chat and laughter, ignoring us. At last when they decided to help, they told me to go back to the beginning of the queue to collect a ticket first because, "we don't see to anyone with no ticket", saying so in a rude manner.

I wonder what the ticket system is for as this chemist is mostly empty. I decided to go to a different service provider where I was attended to with a smile than being disrespected by your staff.
