Unhelpful

I went to Clicks to return a broken Panasonic stand mixer that was bought just under a year ago. Since I stay on a farm far from any city I had to wait till I go to the city to return the item. The mixer broke about a month and a half ago. I tried to return the mixer today (5/12/17) and the warranty is till the 6/12/17. The manager at Clicks walker drive informed me she cannot refund the item because the warranty expires tomorrow. I am so dissapointrd with this shop that I have supported for the last 10years!
