Unhappy with the service and order o received

During the black friday weekend i purchased 2 foundation online from clicks. When i ordered it said Buy 1 Get 1 free for the foundations. I ordered 2 foundations and a brow pomad:order number 181 ********** . The order came on Monday the 3rd. When i opened the box i found my Tax invoice ,the drop foundation sealed,brow pomade also closed but the Can't stop won't stop foundation foundation opened and looks like it has been used and the plastic where i assume my foundations should have been inside torn and smudged with something looking like a foundation. Its my first time ordering online from clicks and im very upset and unhappy with the service i received,the manner of which i found my order and the fact that i didn't receive the complete order. Please assist me on this regard or i will just have to return these items.
