UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE

There's a lady by the name of Enough at Clicks festival mall she's arrogant and rude..went to collect my medication yesterday ...she called my ticket only for her to ignore me don't know what she was busy with on the computer but she should have atleast acknowledge me...she left to the back for a minute then came back to arrogantly ask "how can she help me" I then showed her my clinic card and ID book..she looked at me arrogantly so and said "how do you come to someone's place and not greet" which I found upsetting because she ignored me from the minute I walked in...she's unprofessional please take her for a customer service training!!!!
