Unhappy with customer service from clicks pharmacy kenilworth centre

Very unhappy with the service from the pharmacy.

I had a clearly punctured bottle of spersalerg drops which they refused to replace because I didn't bring it back the same day.

If you can clearly see a product I'd damaged, why not keep your customer happy?

I will go to my small pharmacy from now on.
