Unhappy loyal Customer

Quality issue with 2ply toilet paper, that was manufactured in 2016 and purchased by me last month. The quality of this batch is not only inferior but also single ply on most of the rolls. I'm waiting on feedback and spoke to Gamieda and logged my complaint to Khanyu
