Unhappy ****ed off customer

Good morning A friend who's the manager at Mr price home in Alberton city mall has had a few bad experience @ the Alberton Clicks store. She's a regular customer because it's convenient for her to shop at Clicks because they neighbors, from a snack to electric appliances to toiletries. Being neighbors she has even helped them out a few times..... Help you ask ? Till rolls, large boxes, moneybags... Susan is friendly n neighborly However she had 3 bad experiences with Nthabiseng the store supervisor, Nthabiseng is rude, unfriendly, refuses to call the store manager even refuses to assist Susan a clicks customer. 1. A kettle Susan bought didn't connect thus asked for an exchange.... 2. A hair products which didn't spray 3. Yesterday a roll on which didn't roll, asked to have it replaced

On all three occasions they ended up in an argument because the supervisor has an issue assist the customer.

This much easier to shop @ Clicks because they next to Mr price, hence Susan doesn't have to to Pick n Pay, Game or any other store
