Unhappy!

Good day,

For the last three weeks I am trying to get ahold of someone at your Zevenwatch Store Branch Dispensary. I called , left messages for someone to call me back however I am still waiting for a call back. I called now too. Another failed attempt cause no answer.

I bought prescription medication on medical aid on 13 December 2024. I am in need of a paid invoice for the items I purchased so I can request refund from my medical aid.

I'd like for the matter to be resolved as soon as possible.

Your customer service is bad ! How can one Branch not pick up a phone for 3 weeks? I am feel like getting my prescription medication from a different pharmacy.
