Clicks Customer Service is Shocking

At Clicks Longbeach Mall, I bought Kambrook 20L microwave with my debit card and the microwave just stopped warming the food and I took it back and they did a swap out of the same model and I was fine with that but then the second 1 did the same and I took it back with everything slip and all and I told the guy I want a refund and I want to go buy elsewhere but then he told me that he can not refund me on my debit card because my card was expired and he refunded me on a clicks credit card and I ended up buying the same microwave because they do not have a wide range but then the 3rd 1 did the same and I went to the store and I was told that they can’t refund me on my Capitec debit card because the previous purchase I paid with their credit card, and this time I feel like I am not important because again I was refunded on clicks credit card again and I don’t want to buy home appliances at clicks ever again. The staff was very helpful but I want cash or refund on my bank account so that I can go buy a long lasting microwave elsewhere ?
