Unhappy customer

I am not happy with the service I received at clicks . I placed an online order at clicks on the 28th of April 2020 now it's the 11th of May 2020 and I still haven't received my order. I have been trying to contact the customer care and they couldn't even assist me.All they did was to ask for my details and give me an online reference number.This is really unprofessional.
