Unhappy Customer

I ordered hair products and wrong products were delivered, I called them and a lady by the name Fikiswa told me that I was gonna be contacted in 2-3 working days, i was never called, i emailed and had to keep on asking for feedback. I'm so ****ed off, its been a week now and i still not sure if I will get help or not. I don't think I will ever use their services again and I wont advice any of my close friends to use it. Its a disaster and a mess.
