Unhappy customer

I sent my lil brother to Clicks Denlyn in Mamelodi to buy me Carvex V with a screen shot of a picure,and the lady who was helping him decided to give him sonething else.I asked him to take back the cream because that's not what i wanted to my suprise they can't help him but she is the one who gave him what i didn't want...I didnt get my money back and the lady was so rude she didn't even want to listen.I'm not happy so dissapointed with Clicks customer service.
