Unhappy Customer

So today at 13h46 I walked in at clicks Observatory to purchase a humidifier. I recieved help from Monique who assured me that the clicks brand humidifier can be used with the essential oil as well she didn't bother to open the box to check if this was possible but in a hurry to make a sale. She sold me Tea Tree oil as well only for me to get home and discover I cannot use the oil and only water in the device. I was misled by Monique when I got to clicks Watergate mall Mitchell's Plain to exchange it they called Observatory where I spoke to Monique who was so rude shifting the blame on me as the customer saying that she gave what I asked for and I asked for the one using the oil she didn't even apologize nothing. At Watergate I recieved the best service from Akeefah no problems nothing she then phoned clicks promenade to find if they had the device I was looking and they said they had it drove to them only to get there and had such **** service yet again from Chantal Winnaar who straight told me she doesn't know what I'm talking about without helping tells me to go and find what I was looking for in the aisle or I can go speak to the nurse who was just as confused. I am disgusted as a regular customer of clicks with the **** service I recieved from clicks Observatory and clicks Promenade they should definitely pay a visit to Clicks Watergate Mall and learn some customer ethics from them. I am a customer who was let down and still came home without the device I needed.
