Unhappy customer

I phone Clicks Tsakane mall to book for my medical assessment, they gave me the date and i even received a confirmation sms. When i get there i waited no one helped me untill i stand up and ask them, they called a manager who told me that the Sister in charge was off sick, and they will phone me. She took my number. No one phoned till today. And i had to cancell other staff fo my appointment
