Unhappy client of clicks whale coast mall Herm****

I purchase a safe way electric blanket and a click brand kettle. On the 24th of July at Whale coast mall Herm**** unfortunately i have lost for somehow my receipt. The blanket stop working after a month i have purhase it. I have asked if i could use my bank statements as proof or if they can have a look on the cameras for that specific day. I phone the contact centre was told a enquiry take up to 48hrs. So I waited for a week for someone to call me. Only after i phoned in a agent phoned me back explaining that i cannot be assisted without my receipt. This is not the first time that i have purhase the same product and only last a few months.

The manager of the store was not friendly at all when i phoned the store asking if they keep records of everything that are purshased at store. According to the contact agent of clicka the store cant pick up any records of the goods that i have purchased. Which is unreal.
