Unhappy clicks group customer

My partner bought me a kambrook compact multi cooker on the 23rd of December the applaince is no longer working i took it back to clicks i waited 3 hours for me to be assisted at that time customer service hung up on me 5 times before being assisted even now i came back home with the broken appliance without any exchange or refund. The appliance was bought at clicks.za online they didn't give me any proof of purchace on collection wow I'm so disappointed 😔
