Unhappy, annoyed and frustrated

Recently purchased a Kambrook JA-2689 pressure cooker. Used it for the first time. Put all my ingredients in and the lock mechanism doesnt allow me to open the lid of the pressure cooker. Its jammed. The lock is clearly unlocked and the lid moves from aide to side but its stuck. Its definitely not pressure related as all the pressure is out. Extremely annoyed and unhappy, supper down the drain. What a horrible item. Not recommended to anyone at all.
