Unhappy

I've been purchasing my son's kimbies at Clicks Grassy Park from the very beginning - all of a sudden it just sticks - my son doesn't have it on long and then it has this awful pee smell. I have been trying to contact them for the longest time and no answer - It happened before with another pack as well and I was just tired of calling and let it slide - but for this to happen again - seriously something needs to happen - It usually only starts to happen by the last few kimbies in the pack - I am very unhappy as this has never happened with my first born.
