Unfulfilled paid up online order.

I've made an online order towards the end of Nov and for some reason the delivery address was captured wrong and was sent back to the service provider by the courier company. I chose a refund option 2 to be loaded on my Clicks Clubcard more than 4 times without any joy. No communication no update nothing.
