Unfriendly Rude Clicks Staff

I am horrified by the utter rudeness of some staff at Clicks N1 City. Brought my son for his second vaccination and we were met with unfriendly, sarcastic staff. First the lady who needs to direct people to the vaccination point let us wait for a verybling time outside of the store. I understand that when there is a walk in customers/patients have to wait, but this could've been explained better and not in the way Lezlynne Traut did. Then when we eventually got inside and had to register with the pharmacy assistant (who I didn't get the name of) I asked him why there were no additional staff helping out and he answered me in the most condescending amd sarcastic tone. I proceeded to tell him that they were unfriendly towards people and he sarcastically rep****: then speak to my manager. This is totally unacceptable. My son was not scared about getting his vaccination, but what about other kids who are and then to be spoken to like this? Clicks N1 City need to rebook rebook way they handle the vaccination processes, especially on a Saturday. Not once did either rude staff member apologise, after they drove me to tears
