Unforgivable bad service

<p>I was told if I have my 6 month prescription to any clicks branch and if I took out a clicks club card that I would be able to collect my repeat from any clicks branch. I have to collect my repeat at sunninghill clicks only to be informed that they can't find my prescription on their system!</p> <p>Unacceptable!!</p>
