Unfairly treated with regards to a return … no willingness to help.
I purchased a iron at the store at Clicks Gateway on tge 8th Of March 2021…. I was not made aware that after the 12 month period tge kam took iron cannot be repaired… I have akwats bough my iron at game as they have a policy in place if you pass your guarantee, you can bring ur iron back and they return it. So when I got to the store I spoke to the supervisor Dwayne who said he cannot assist me… but at the very same time I brought in my iron another customer brought in the same iron to credit that was in a terrible condition than mines… ( I have a picture enclosed)…. And they were willing to return it due to it being in the 12month period… my iron looks brand new and all it’s doing is it’s tripping my main when I’m putting it on… so all I asked is Becos I’m passed tge 12 months by 2 months to please consider helping me as I was not made aware that the item cannot be repaired…. I was told to call the customer service which I did and I spoke to Shayne on the 27/95/2022 @ 13:30 and he told me it had to be in tge period however I can speak to the area manager or the manager to assist me in returning it.. I then spoke to the manager Mr Bheki Masondo who said no straight away even though my iron was in good condition. I then asked for the area managers number I called her from my phone and my call got cut off. I then asked him to call her… he called and conversed eith her in Zulu language in front of me so I’m not sure what was said… very ********* as I’m Indian and was totally disrespectful… as I am not sure what he conversed with her… he then put the phone down and said she said no they cannot help me… so I’m going to send through a pic of my iron and the customer that came the same time to return. And you tell me his is it this allowed as well as I spent R400 on a good nake iron that after 1 year you can’t do anything if it has a manufacture fault.
