Unfair, Unreasonable and Unjust act from CLICKS

I bought Safeway shaving machine from clicks Vaal mall late last year, now the machine is malfunctioning. Took it to clicks Bedworth Park hoping to get it repaired, that's when I learned that it's their house brand and they won't help me since they don't do repairs for Safeway, and unfortunately part was that I don't have the invoice to proof that it's within warranty.

Fair enough that I don't have an invoice, however I feel Clicks as a supplier of Safeway is acting unfair, unreasonable and unjust; in that they marketing and selling Safeway to SA consumers without notice to which a term or conditions exist in regards to product maintenance/repairs.

Therefore as a consumer I re**** upon a false, misleading or deceptive representation in that any electronic device will be repaired should the need arise, which is not the case with their product currently. I was told that Safeway it's an imported product therefore it can't be repaired!!!

As a consumers we have right to receive goods that are reasonably suitable for the purposes for which they are generally intended; are of good quality, and in good working order, will be useable and durable for a reasonable period of time, having regard to the use to which they would normally be put and to all the surrounding circumstances of their supply.
