Unfair treatment to regular customer

My wife and I always shop here. The female cashier was very rude to us. I did not get her name but her manageress was present and did not question her behavior. I shall not return to this branch. The staff need training. After I approached her on the way she behaved she was reluctant to apologize. And continued to speak to her colleague in another language about me.
