Unfair Treatment

Review is based on Clicks Pharmacy in Parkrand Boksburg. I was @ clicks today 18/10/25 using self service option. I am an African/Black woman. There was only one assistant and i waited about 15-20 minutes if not more. Then came a white guy after I have waited 15 minutes also for a self service. He did not want to que as according to him he knew what he wanted to purchase. He told one of clicks staff working in pharmacy that he just want one thing and he was reffered to pharmacist who was on duty Etienne. To my surprise he was assisted and I was still on que and also I knew what I wanted. Then i asked to speak to manager which the same pharmacist Etienne came and, i explained my concerns that I queing over 15 minutes for self sevice madication and some white guy came and refused to que and he was assisted. When I addressed my concerns to Etienne who is also white male instant of apologizing he just said there is a misconfusion. I said to him istant of apology you are walking way,he said nothing and walked way. Now I want to know to Clicks management is this a fair treatment because I'm black?
