Unfair customer treatment at Clicks Margate(Hibiscus Mall)

On 30 January 2024.Clicks Margate refused that I exchange a makeup product for the correct one. Their excuse is that they do not take returns on make up products because they have testers,according to their policy. What's unfortunate is that: 1. That policy is not on display when buying from them 2. The product I bought is still sealed, and I'm not going to keep something that I cannot use. I even asked to exchange for something else, should they not have what I want, but the lady at the makeup area and her manager refused. I will not let this go, I'll take as further up as possible!
