Unfair customer treatment

I dnt know their SOP or how they do things there but being on the line for long time and not being helped because of the ticket that says self medication but people with prescriptions and collection tickets are being prioritised even if they got there 30mins after you it is a bad service... This policy should be reviewed as our moneys and time are important. The service I got at heiderand mall in Mosselbaai earlier this month was so bad... I even left without being helped.
