********* behaviour from a pharmacist assistant

30/09/2017 at 18: 17 I walked into the Clicks pharmacy (dispensary)at Clearwater mall to get a refill prescription, I found a pharmacist chatting to another Clicks staff member, I stood there waiting to be called ,it did not happen, I decided to take a sit. Finally the conversation gets finished amongst the two employees , then the "pharmacist "decides to call me, as she calls me I discovered another pharmacist who came to the front from the back. When i get to the "pharmacist" thats been ignoring me I said to her you should have called me when you acknowledged that i was standing looking for help as a customer, she giggled with an attitude ready for a huge argument from me and says (so loud) "well ...shes a customer too". So I said okay well let me get my medication as i do not wish to argue with you. She carried on blabbing loud (in the Dispensary)to the other assistant about the situation. I then repeated" I do not wish t to hear this matter being discussed while Im at present" , she doesnt seem to let the issue go , I walked away and requested to be assisted by a different pharmacist, She carried on talking loud. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND INSENSITIVE THAT PHARMACIST WAS,WAY OUT OUT OF HER SCOPE OF PRACTICE..... I ENDED UP IN TEARS BECAUSE OF HER RUTHLESS BEHAVIOUR .WHILE BEING ASSISTED BY THE OTHER PHARMACIST WHO WAS SO CALM AND PROFESSIONAL. I then requested for my script back, and will never humiliate myself again by having my prescription filled at Clicks Clearwater Mall again. As a pharmacist their first propriety is to care and show empathy not provoke or attack the"patient" and make them look like they are mentally ill, I was emotionally attacked and dont wish for anybody to experience what i went through at Clicks Clearwater Mall.
