Understaffed pharmacy with pointless procedures

I needed to run into Clicks to "quickly" purchase a single item, which was an article of "Over the counter" medication. Walking into Clicks Cornubia, while there was a grand total of no less than 10 counters, it was manned by just two people assisting customers.

Furthermore, due to Clicks unfair system which defies logic, the only two employees serviced customers who had to collect medication, order a prescription and over the counter from the same queue.

This meant that I while I waited for 20 minutes, others arrived long after me and were served well before me since they were not over the counter consumers. Meanwhile, at Dischem, this is divided into three different counters (as it should be), and does not punish customers for the type of service they required.

Waiting 20 minutes for an item, and then further being told when I get to the counter that I am limited to one item per name on a Clicks card is completely devoid of any customer consideration or logic.

Thank you for cementing my opinion that I will never ever visit another Clicks pharmacy again. Your store is an absolute joke.
