Undelivered Order

I ordered and paid for products online from Clicks on the 13th of October. As I was quarantined when I was supposed to lick them up, I spoke to a gentleman who had called to make other arrangements, he said he would put in a request and never did. I’ve sent dozens of emails to clicks and I’m not getting any feedback almost 2 months later. Every email back says someone will contact me and nobody has contacted me since OCTOBER. I want my money back yet there’s nobody to assist with a refund! Poor service and ********!
