undelivered online items

i have ordered items online on the 3rd of august, they split my delivery into two parcels

1st parcel they delivered to the wrong person, they said they delivered to elias, i dont know any Elias

2nd parcel they say it was hijacked.

their call centre agents are not helpful at all, even today im stil waiting for a resolution. i feel like clicks isnt taking me seriously as a client.

i have been following up patiently ut no one came up with a solution as yet, and i want them to give me those items i purchases with the price i purchased with...im so disappointed with the service levels. CAN SOMEONE SORT IT OUT PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
