Uncomfortable situation between employees

Yesterday, 6 dec 2016, around 17h15 I was at Clicks Cornwall View. I am not sure what happened exactly, but a person, assumable a manger of the front store, had one of the lady pharmacists empty her handbag on the floor in the isle next to the tills. This is according to me extremely unprofessional. The lady (very young) had to put all her personal belongings on the floor while the manager were interrogating her where she got the stuff. It was normal things, including tampons, etc. All the customers that passed them was looking at them. I really think that if the manager (or whoever she was) had a suspicion that the lady stole something, she could have taken her to the office or somewhere more private. I really felt bad for the girl. She was close to tears.

I am not a big Clicks fan, and only go there if I need something urgent. The queues are always long at the pharmacy. But now I understand why... if this is the way they handle their employees, no wonder the service is not great.
