Unbearable temperatures in Clicks Carnival Mall

<p>I have been a loyal customer at Clicks Carnival Mall for a few years. Over the festive season I normally buy a lot of gifts at Clicks Carnival Mall. This year I have had a very very unpleasant shopping experience at this branch! There is very little chance that I will ever return to any Clicks after this encounter! THERE IS NO AIRCON WORKING IN THIS SHOP!!!! I bought cheocolates as a gift for a family member only hearing later that is was so mis formed due to it being melted, this is a result of the high temperature in this shop. I bought an ointment (Nystacid) at the pharmacy that was very watery as it was not stored at the correct conditions. I have bought other gifts and creams there as well and feel very embarrassed that I gave this to friends, colleagues and family members as they to might in any Clicks and feel this is unacceptable!</p>
