UNAUTHORIZED AIRTIME PURCHASE ON RECIPT

Dear Clicks I made a purchase at Clicks Menlyn Park on or about 27 August. When I got home I realised that my receipt had a transaction of R30 Mtn which i did not authorise and/or aware of. I immediately contacted the branch and they told me that the cashier "does not remember how it happened" only after I had followed up on the feedback myself. This is very concerning because even though R30 is not much, the transaction is *****lent.
