Unauthorised handling and no identity protection.

Wonder what happened here and why??? On Monday 6 January I have received a sms telling me to fetch my prepacked medicine which I didn't order. The assistant at self help counter couldn't find the parcel 1st time, 2nd time he returned with stickers on his fingers and asked me which of the medicine I would prefer, I rep**** I don't know what he is talking about. I didn't order any prescription and don't know what they have packed without authorization. 3rd he came back with a bottle of stomach medicine, on my question on why would they pack the prescription, he said because it was a "Repeat" I told him most of them are on a repeat basis and that is why I personally fetch my medicine as I have the need. He promised to cancel the order and will put an instruction on the system for the "pre-packers" not do it in future again. As I thought the problem is in the past, I got a surprise..... an email showing claims received by my medical aid, showed that same little prepacked bottle was submitted 4 x times? All I am asking is: Who gave the prepackers the order to pack the medicine. Why did they only pack one specific medicine and not the rest? Why do they put it on my medical aid. What happened to our Identity protection. How can these people (not the Pharmacist) go onto your prescriptions and also have access to your medical aid.
