Unacceptably rude

<p>Today I had to return two items I had purchased from Spree. One of the drop-off points suggested by Spree was the Clicks store in the Rosebank Mall. I went to the counter, was greeted by a very rude lady who said somebody else would help me. After a significant wait, which was no problem to me as I was done with work for the day, an arrogant, s***ling woman with a very painted face came to help me. I told her I have two items to return and before I could go on, she said 'But you only have one box'. I actually had two boxes, one within the other, but it is also possible to return two items from the same shipment in the same box, so I'm not sure why that statement was yelled at me. Then she took her time, looking around, chatting, ignoring me, and eventually scanned the barcodes on the boxes (I had the barcoded boxes as well as the paper barcodes provided by Spree). After much of a performance and several profanities, she told me I hadn't sorted it out beforehand and she cannot accept it because it won't scan. Now I had sorted it out and had the emails to prove it. When I told her I have email conformation, she was suddenly able to scan the barcode from the paper copies. She then promptly told me 'it's fine' and walked away. I went behind her and asked her what to do next. She again was very rude and told me 'we are only a drop-off point' and turned away. I was not at all confrontational, I was not in a hurry, and I work with people for a living. I can tolerate a high degree of bad behaviour but this was ridiculous. I understand that Clicks is a drop-off point but the rude, painted lady with purple painted eyebrows was wearing a Clicks uniform, and this is a bad reflection on your store. I am a regular shopper at Clicks because it has been in Rosebank for as long as I can remember and will not go to the other options available simply out of loyalty. But with such bad attitude and the competition just a floor away, Clicks needs to buck up. </p>
