unacceptable waiting period

went to the Dr today who prescribed medication and went to clicks.I waited for an hour on the queue waiting to be served by a pharmacist. There was only one pharmacist available and 20 of us in the queue and there's only 5 seats so you can imagine feeling sick after a consultation all you want is to get your medication and go home to restHonestly it felt like I was standing in the queue at a public clinic and worst of all its not the first time.Last week Wednesday there same thing happened when I went to collect my sons medication. The thing is it never used to be the case so I would like to know what happened.Poor pharmacist (Kashmira Mitha) who was very helpful and dedicated tried butit was ont sufficient. If the demand has increased please please increase your staff as this is absolutely unacceptable. After all we are paying for the service, its not free.
