UNACCEPTABLE TO TREAT OLD AGE PENSIONERS AS YOUR STAFF DO AT SUNNINHILL VILLAGE!
My mom went and bought a couple of goods and was very thirsty as it is well over 35 degrees today - whilst I rate the centre in terms of her safety (best by far). the staff were rude and managed the situation shockingly.
Apparently only once a month after the 24th the LOYALY points gets converted. Retailers clearly think consumers are idiots. Note we only really buy anywhere due to quality at a fair price - poor service, and treating the aged badly is never tolerated.
Well, looking at the slip, the loyalty points are a load of nonsense. There are more than enough points.
As consumers we are tired of carrying all these meaningless loyalty cards which cost any company million a year (I am in retail, know exactly how this works) - just negotiate better and pass the discount forward - no need to useless cards and pathetic adds.
So bottom line is, my mom was not afforded water as she will apparently have to wait..... this is not about money, rather principal. You are not honoring your points system (had she used the puts while she bought the stuff and paid before going back into the store, I would not be writing this!
Treating ANY customer badly, most of all a little old pensioner badly is totally unacceptable. I will certainly be telling everyone I know - She has 848 points and after her shopping is unable to get a 500ml of bonaqua water on sale!
No apology will make up for this - as a family household we have spent plenty all over (not one card).
Enough is enough. Go and find your business new customers that don't have an issue being treated poorly. TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON SERVICE AND UNDERSTAND BETTER HOW TO HANDLE A SITUATION THAN SIMPLY BEING ARROGANT!
I will not call out the cahier in this public forum, suffice to say I hope he treats the women and elders better in his own family!
We have lost and need nothing that much in you retail business to be so pathetic over a bottle or water on sale.
