Unacceptable service at Clicks Constantia

I’ve just had the displeasure of dealing with this branch and its untrained manager Nomhle!!! I arrive at the till after an already long wait where the majority of the tills are taking cards and only one is taking cash.

I was told by the cashier I had cashback so I went to grab a bigger item when I came back the very rude manager Nomhle was assisting another client on my till I had to wait 10 min to which she directed me to a different till!!!

No apology nothing and she still has the audacity to pass the buck and say the cashier didn’t tell her there was someone using the till.

Are you kidding me ????? My item had been rung up so needless to say I told the new cashier I had cashback to which he didn’t process and the manager is telling me after the fact that it’s because I went to a different till NO!!!!!

I am highly unhappy with this and that manger lacks training and etiquette for the service industry!!!!
