Unacceptable Service and Delayed Delivery

I placed an order on December 5th (Order No: ***) for essential toiletries. Despite the status showing "delivered," I never received my parcel, nor was I contacted by the couriers. Repeated attempts to resolve this through emails and customer support have led nowhere. This is completely unacceptable.
