Unacceptable service and behavior!!!

Good day My fiance went to pick up her medication with a prescription from a doctor. They could not read the doctor's handwriting apparently and told her to go back to the doctor to get the prescription rewritten. My fiance told them what the particular nr was they could not see and they said 'WHATEVER and that she must leave and go to another pharmacy. All the staff behind the counter laughed in her face as they told her to leave. This is total unprofessional conduct and what if the medication was life or death! If this is not resolved I will be posting pictures of the people and the whole story on Facebook for the world to see!
