UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

Unacceptable service. My biggest concern with the Clicks Mall @ Lebo is life threatening and Unacceptably inconveniencing because on several occasions for months now my mom's prescription is either incorrect, incomplete or overdosed. I have to go back and forth calling and going back to the pharmacy to sort it out which is very inconveniencing and we all know that being out there during this pandemic times can be risky especially living with an elderly mother with chronic illnesses. Currently I'm sitting with an overdosed and incomplete prescription, I've been already to the chemist but still in correct. This is unacceptable. Dear Clicks Pharmacy Mall @ Lebo, please get your act together. During this times there is no place for putting people's lives on the line. Thank you!
