Unacceptable manner in which a query was attended.

I was at this clicks store on the 23rd of december 2015 where I went to buy some cosmetics.One of the items I bought(******s) had a different price when I got to the tills.The cashier by the name of Gugulethu suggested that I wait for her supervisor who would gobwith me to the aisle to verify the price,I agreed as she was so friendly.To my surprise a guy came and tobthe checkpoint took the item and went ti the aisle leaving me behind came back with the price label and told the lady tht the price is correct,myvargument was it was placed on a wrong price label he did not even have time to listen to what I was saying and went back to a call he was busy with.I asjed the cashier to call the guy , he came and when I asked if he is the supervisor he said no there is a store manager yet he had a name tag written manager with his name Lebohang Tsotetsi,I told him that the way he handled my query is not one that clicks upholds ,his response was that I should speak to him in a manner he understands and he walked away and went backbto the call he was busy with, through the help of the cashier I manged to get the store manager's who is Sabi,people like Lebo do not deserve to be dealing with cus
