Unacceptable Customer Service at Clicks Birchleigh

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Clicks Birchleigh on the 29th June 2025, I went to return a kettle I bought in January because it was no longer working properly. The frontline manager was very rude and unprofessional. She made unnecessary comments about how the kettle looked "too dirty" to have been bought in January — which was both insulting and uncalled for.

Without even discussing options with me, she went to fetch another kettle without my consent, and it was not the one I wanted. When it was time to pay, she hurried me at the till and made me feel like I was a problem for being in the store. I felt completely disrespected as a loyal customer who supports Clicks.

This is not how customers should be treated, especially when following store return policies. I am lodging this complaint in the hope that it will be addressed and that no other customer will be made to feel unwelcome and embarrassed like I was today.

Clicks Birchleigh, you need to train your staff on professionalism, respect, and proper customer service.
