unacceptable customer service and no expertise at the pharmacy at Clicks Burg Street

The customer service at Clicks pharmacy is unacctable. Mr. Tavari did not even know what Aspirin is and after a long back and forth he started shouting at me! Instead of apologizing the manageress (muslim lady, name unknown) came to me and tried to put me into place in front of the staff at the cashier (I spent a big amount on essentials for the office and my aspirin). She said I must change my attitude. Wow! What an attitude to a customer who comes regulary - actually in the shop but it was my first (and herewith last time) at the pharmacy. I´d suggest you give this manageress a training module in customer service part 1 and make sure that a) the parmacists(like Mr. Tavari) are trained to know common products at least (which Aspirin is I´d say) and approach a customer approbiately. He was very rude. b) staff uses masks
